Terms and Conditions of Sale
and Delivery
These terms and conditions apply to the
purchase of goods on www.eurotoys.dk for consumers. The website is owned and

Payment
Payment can be made using the following payment
methods: VISA, MasterCard and Visa Electron.
For payments with Mastercard Debit and Visa
Electron, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account
according to the terms of your card until we draw or reject the payment.
Additionally, we offer public institutions
payment via EAN invoice.
The amount will be debited when the order is
dispatched from Eurotoys. The debited amount will never exceed the amount
approved at the time of purchase.
Prices are stated in Danish Kroner. In addition
to the price, the shipping cost must be added. You choose the shipping method
at the end of the ordering process.
Delivery
We deliver with GLS, Post Nord, and Fragtmand.
The delivery time is 1-3 working days from the day the order leaves our
warehouse, provided it concerns items in stock. The expected dispatch date is
indicated on the website before you complete the order and on your receipt.
For delivery to a home address
In case of logistical challenges with the
carrier or if no one is at the delivery address, the transport company may
choose to change the delivery to a ServicePoint.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your purchase
without stating a reason within 90 days. If you have purchased multiple items
in one order, you can choose to withdraw the purchase of some or all items. See
information about the refund of delivery costs in the section "Refund of
money upon withdrawal."
The withdrawal period expires 90 days after the
day you or another person chosen by you (excluding the carrier) physically receives
the goods.
If the deadline falls on a public holiday,
Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Years Eve, the deadline is
extended to the following business day.
If you break the seal on films, games, or
computer software, you lose your right of withdrawal.
How to Withdraw
You withdraw by clearly notifying us that you
are withdrawing. This can be done through your profile on the website, via
email to servicecenter@eurotoys.dk, by phone at 70400060, or by using the
standard withdrawal form at the bottom of the page.
You cannot withdraw by refusing to receive the
item or by failing to pick it up without simultaneously notifying us of your
withdrawal.
The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your
notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Returning the Goods and Return
Costs
If you have withdrawn the purchase of an item,
you must send or deliver the item to Emil Neckelmanns Vej 11, 5220 Odense SØ
without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish
to withdraw your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods within
the 14-day period.
Items cannot be sent COD or without delivery to
our warehouse address.
You must pay for the return of the item.
You are responsible for the package reaching
our warehouse. We recommend using track and trace so you can track the package
at all times.

Due to their size, some items cannot be
returned by regular mail and must instead be returned with a freight carrier.
This applies to most pools, playhouses, electric cars, trampolines, etc.
However, the return freight cost depends on the weight and volume of the items
and the number of kilometers the items need to be transported. There is typically
a fixed price per kilometer. Please note that there may be a price difference
depending on which carrier you choose to use. You can obtain a quote for the
cost of returning your items by contacting a transport company.
Refund of Money upon
Withdrawal
When we receive your return shipment at the
address, we will refund the payment received from you upon purchase.
If you have purchased multiple items in one
order and only withdraw part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery
costs.
We will refund the amount without undue delay
and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of
withdrawal. However, we may withhold the amount until we have received the
goods back, or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been
returned.
We will carry out such a refund using the same
payment method you used for the original transaction. No fees will be charged
as a result of the refund.
Condition of the Item upon Return and Packaging
You are only liable for any deterioration in
the value of an item that results from handling the item in a way other than is
necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the
items.
You must return the item in its original
packaging. The packaging may be opened but not damaged. If the packaging is
missing or damaged, it may constitute a depreciation for which you are liable.
You should also ensure that the item is
properly packaged when returning it. You bear the risk for the package/items
until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any tracking
number.
Complaint - If there is
something wrong with the item
When purchasing items, the rules of the Sale of
Goods Act apply. You have a 2-year warranty if the item has a defect. A defect
could be a manufacturing or material defect, or incorrect information about the
item. However, normal wear and tear or damage caused by you are not considered
defects.
If the item has a defect or flaw, Eurotoys will
either repair the item or, alternatively, provide a replacement, provided this
does not involve disproportionate costs for Eurotoys.
If you discover a defect, you must complain to
us within a reasonable time. We recommend that you complain as soon as
possible, especially if it concerns transport damage. If you complain within 2
months of discovering the defect, it is always considered within a reasonable
time. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and
necessary shipping costs. Therefore, keep your receipt.
If you want to complain to us about a defect,
we ask you to provide as detailed information as possible about the problem. It
is not a requirement, but it makes it easier for us to identify the fault, and
it minimizes the processing time for the complaint.
Send the item properly packaged.
Options for Complaints
If we cannot agree on what you are entitled to,
you have the following options for complaints:
A complaint about a product or service can be
submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2,
8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the
Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus: https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk.
The EU Commissions online complaint portal can
also be used to file a complaint. This is especially relevant for consumers
residing in another EU country. Complaints can be filed here -
http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filing a complaint, please provide our email
