You have to match the pictures on the calling cards with the pictures on your Bingo card, and if you have a match, you have to cover your picture on the Bingo card with a Bingo token. If you have 3 in a row on the Bingo card, then you win a Bingo winner token. If you have a full card and have received 3 Bingo winner tokens, then you win the game!
