Chlor Starter granules are used when the pool has just been filled or when a specific problem has occurred, such as deposits or dull and cloudy water. A higher dose of disinfectant is added to the water for effective disinfection. Chlor Starter granules for pool water disinfection are almost pH-neutral and stabilized against chlorine degradation from the suns UV rays.

It is recommended to use Chlor Starter granules together with Chlor WeekTab tablets (1729) or Multiklor (1768) for ongoing maintenance of water purity. The water is kept disinfected with a chlorine content of 0.5 - 1.0 mg/l. This is the optimal chlorine content. The chlorine content should be regularly tested using Test Strips (1537).

Maintenance: 20-30g/10,000 L. It is equivalent to 2 level tablespoons.

Instructions for use: Safe disinfection of the pool water is achieved by maintaining a chlorine content of 0.5 - 1.0 mg/l and a pH value between 7.0-7.4. Regularly check and adjust the chlorine and pH levels. The pool waters content of chlorine stabilizer (cyanuric acid) must not exceed 100 mg/l.

Dosage: For start-up and shock chlorination: Add 75 g of Chlor Starter granules per 10,000 liters. It is recommended to use Chlor Starter in combination with slow-dissolving chlorine tablets. Alternatively, add 20-30 g of Chlor Starter per 10,000 liters of water every 3-4 days. Dissolve the Chlor Starter granules in a clean bucket of water. Always add water to the bucket first! Then slowly add the solution along the pool edge or in front of the inlet nozzles while the pump is running. Store the product in the original container in a locked place that is frost-free and where the product is not exposed to direct sunlight.

Optimal chlorine content is between 0.5 - 1.0 mg/l.

Chlor Starter fast-acting granules are supplied in a convenient plastic container with a child-proof lid. The container is labeled with detailed instructions in the Nordic languages and English.

Please note that chlorine consumption may vary depending on water temperature, how often and how long it is used, and the weather. Make sure that chemicals do not get damp during storage. Store in the original packaging, locked and out of reach of children, in a dry, frost-free place and not in direct sunlight. Biocidal products must be used with caution.
