U-Boat XXvii Seehund 181 Kl. Cobi Building Blocks Historical 4846
COBI, in collaboration with the German Naval Museum, has created a unique commemorative set in honor of the exhibition at the museum! Seehund (Type XXVII B) was a small submarine produced in Germany towards the end of World War II. Designed in 1944 and manned by a crew of two, it was used by the German Navy in the last months of the war. One of the few surviving ships is exhibited at the German Naval Museum.
The COBI U-Boat TYPE XXVII SEEHUND building block was developed in 1:72 scale. The previously used 1:144 scale for submarines proved to be too small for such a small submarine. The use of 1:72 scale allowed for the recreation of the distinctive shapes of a real ship. All graphic elements are of high quality and durable prints. The set includes a block display stand and a plate with the sets name printed on it. Our Historical Collection is not complete without this submarine! Build history, brick by brick, with COBI.
