FlocPool is especially useful at the end of the season - or after extreme weather conditions with high temperatures over an extended period, the water may appear cloudy. Very small dirt particles settle in the water and seem impossible to clean with, for example, a bottom vacuum. In this case, it may be necessary to add a flocculant, which collects the small suspended impurities into larger units that can now be better captured by the pools filtration system or with a bottom vacuum. In pools without a filtration system, the impurities will instead settle at the bottom.

Dosage:
First, adjust the pH value to between 7.0 and 7.4. Add 50-100 ml of flocculant to 10,000 liters of water. The lid of this product serves as a measuring cup, so you can easily and accurately dose the correct amount.
Healthy pool water has a pH value between 7.0 and 7.4. A healthy water balance provides the best effect of water treatment products. If the pH value of the pool water is not within this range, adjust it with pH-Plus and pH-Minus, respectively.

Paper filter:
The pump should be turned off while the flocculant is distributed widely throughout the pool, for example, with a watering can with a spreader. After 1-2 days, the suspended particles will settle at the bottom. Clean the pools bottom and restart the filtration system. Clean/replace the filter.

Sand filter:
Add it to the pools skimmer while the pump is running. After 2-3 days, backwash the sand filter. Repeat the treatment if necessary.

Use the lid as a measuring cup:

The lid of this product serves as a measuring cup, so you can easily and accurately dose the correct amount.

Cloudiness in the pool is often due to the pH value of the water being/ having been too high for a period or organic contamination. Check that the pH value is between 7.0 and 7.4 and clean the water if necessary with a chlorine shock using Chlorine Starter granules. Store the product upright in its original packaging, out of reach of children, frost-free, and away from direct sunlight.
